Our Team

As the founder and leader of PC Urban, Brent plays a central role in defining and refining our vision for each project. Brent’s development and operational experience in the development industry spans across a wide variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects.

In addition to his cross functional role in leading our acquisition, development and construction teams, Steve is responsible for business operations and ensuring that all projects in the portfolio are delivered on time, on budget and true to our vision. Steve has worked for some of the most prominent Vancouver developers over his career and been actively engaged in over 70 projects. This comprehensive “stem to stern” book of experience has provided him with valuable insight into the key drivers of success.

As the Senior Vice-President of our Development Team, Kirk takes a lead role in identifying attractive development opportunities and overseeing their successful execution,  as well as contributing to broader areas of strategic planning for the business. In addition to his experience in the Lower Mainland, Kirk has successfully completed projects in over eleven countries across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Nadja has a dual role at PC urban, responsible for both development management for our residential projects, along with project financing throughout our portfolio. Nadja was fortunate to have grown up in the real estate world, and has also had extensive experience in corporate finance with some of the largest multi-national firms in her native Switzerland and in London.

Andrew leads our industrial development portfolio. Andrews is constantly driven to find the win-win-win and is energized by witnessing successful businesses thrive in their new space.  Andrew experience spans across Canada and has delivered more than 5 millions square feet of commercial space.

Al is a senior member of our project management team, specializes in residential construction. With 20+ years as a structural engineer, he brings extensive industry expertise, collaborating with engineers, developers, and contractors. Skilled in resource allocation, design oversight, procurement, and financial tracking, he ensures projects stay on budget and schedule. His leadership in negotiations and commitment to excellence drive the success of high-profile projects.

Sheldon is a member of our project management team, responsible for overseeing and directing construction efforts across a number of PC Urban projects. Sheldon has extensive experience with a number of Lower Mainland developers and general contractors.
