Brent’s development and operational experience in the development industry spans across a wide variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects. As the founder and leader of PC Urban, Brent plays a central role in defining and refining our vision for each project, while identifying core areas where PC Urban can add value and seize potential that others have missed.

Shawn is the financial “quarterback” of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient financial interactions between important stakeholders such as investors, financial partners, purchasers, suppliers, and of course our team members.

Steve has worked for successful Vancouver developers throughout his career, which has provided him with valuable insights in to the industry as well as strong leadership skills. In addition to the role of leading development and construction, Steve is responsible for ensuring that the project vision is delivered through a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Having had the opportunity to work on projects in over eleven countries; Kirk continues to focus on creating great spaces, delivering class-leading value for our shareholders, and contributing to the betterment of the communities within which we live, work, and learn. Kirk brings his depth of experience to PC Urban, helping guide and support our development team’s ever-expanding project portfolio.

Louise has been a valued member of the PC Urban team since 2017, rising through successive levels of responsibility to her current position as the lead of our Sales & Marketing team. A natural born storyteller, Louise enjoys the challenge of communicating about real estate development and community enhancement in a whole new way.

Warren is a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources professional, boasting extensive experience in employee-facing roles. Throughout his career, he has achieved notable success in leadership and employee talent development, effectively aligning HR programs with operational strategies and driving robust employee engagement initiatives. In his current role, Warren specializes in HR management, shaping company culture, and spearheading special corporate projects with a dedicated focus on optimizing team processes.

Greg brings a broad background of skills and project experience to the management of projects, reflecting his belief of working backwards from the finished product to the creation of thoughtful designs.  He focuses on what can be done to ensure the comfort of the end user within a built form, and to encourage their interaction and engagement within the space and immediate surroundings.

Andrew’s experience stretches across Canada in the commercial and industrial asset classes. At the end of a project, what he finds most rewarding, is watching businesses operate and thrive in spaces that suit their business needs and help facilitate their growth. Andrew’s recent experiences with large industrial platforms and developments brings a unique viewpoint to our growing industrial and commercial portfolio.

Nadja was fortunate to have grown up in, and around the real estate industry and has experience in all facets of planning, development, financing and acquisitions. Coupled with a rare skill set encompassing both the investment banking and development management world, Nadja brings another level of sophistication and proficiency to our residential portfolio.

Jacob oversees the development of many of our Urban Flats rental home communities, and is also working within our Mount Pleasant boutique office offering. With a robust background in real estate development and urban planning, Jacob is committed to delivering successful projects within challenging parameters.

Court has a breadth of experience working on an array of real estate projects including commercial, industrial, and residential. He enjoys the team based environment of real estate and working collaboratively along side with consultant teams, contractors, and municipal staff to push projects through complex approvals processes. Court continuously strives to create a positive working environment for himself and those around him.

Derek brings his analytical, thoughtful approach to ensure successful project delivery within PC Urban’s light industrial strata, proudly represented under the IntraUrban brand. With his ability to digest complex problems while generating creative and innovative solutions, Derek enjoys the dynamic challenges inherent in crafting well-designed, functional spaces.

Danicar began her career in valuation and real estate market analysis, pivoting her focus and analytical research skills toward real estate development. With a background in political science and law and exposure to various aspects of real estate, Danicar excels as a strong self-starter, proficiently managing tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Antony is a detail-oriented leader that is at the forefront of all acquisitions and asset management duties. Antony has worked in acquisitions, asset management, development, leasing, and credit underwriting roles, valuable experience he brings to the team.

Having started in office management with a progression in to the realms of communications and marketing, Larissa has shown her ability to grow and adapt within the PC Urban team. Her current role is centers around corporate communications, project branding within our Urban Flats purpose built rental communities, as well as the coordinated integration of public art within every PC Urban project.

A recent graduate from the University of British Columbia with a major in Urban Forestry and a minor in Landscape/Recreational Planning, Kana is passionate about creating spaces that foster a sense of belonging and well-being through incorporation of natural elements. Kana looks forward to infusing her passion for design and newly acquired skill sets into our strata industrial brand, IntraUrban.

Suzanne joins us with an extensive background in mortgage finance, both retail and in the secondary market. Before joining PC Urban, she utilized her skills, leadership talents and knowledge to lead a non-profit organization as its Executive Director. Through her office administration role, working collaboratively across the team, Suzanne strives to support PC Urban to achieve its fullest “potential created”.

Doug believes to build something requires a vision, a strong team along with the willingness to adapt to what is already there an that the path to success requires adaption to changing circumstances. Doug bring this philosophy and confidence to each one of his projects to successfully deliver high quality products.

Al is driven by his desire to deliver a high quality product. At PC Urban he is active through all aspects and phases of construction project management. Overseeing project development within our residential development portfolio, Al passionately champions our projects throughout the entire construction process from inception to closeout.

Dynamic and goal-driven, Sheldon brings his background in project management and construction experience from lower mainland general contractors to the PC Urban team. Sheldon looks forward to the new challenges that the developer side of the industry brings to each day while leveraging his skills from the field.

With a Master’s in Project Management, Abhishek contributes his expertise by leveraging a strong project management background and a dedicated pursuit of excellence. Abhisheks coordination role is a crucial factor in the success of our development projects.

Jian’s extensive experience in real estate accounting and finance helps ensure the success of our accounting and finance team when navigating complex financial scenarios. Powered by his analytical nature, the PC Urban team greatly benefits from the ability of making informed decisions attention based on Jian’s financial analysis and reporting which is led by his strong focus and attention to detail.

Martin excels in building financial analysis models that assist in all acquisitions, debt & equity underwriting and project/fund cash flow planning. He especially enjoys seeing deals executed, projects financed, and construction of PC Urban’s new projects commence.

Takahito is an operationally minded accountant who believes accounting is more than just number crunching. His mandate is to design processes that provide timely access to data for better decision making across all projects.

Sakiko brings her sociology background and expertise in accounts payable to the company. With her prior experience in property administration along with her steady diligence, she ensures smooth invoice and payment processing here at PC Urban.

Anisa is committed to precision and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. With a keen eye for detail, Anisa supports within the finance team and collaborates with PC Urban’s cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
