

In September 2022, PC Urban applied for rezoning advice for a 6.6 FSR development under the Broadway Plan Guidelines for the Mount Pleasant Industrial Area. The proposed development will consist of approximately 160,000 sq ft of GFA, with 50% light industrial space, 50% office space and a 3-level parkade. Additionally, the current site contains a Heritage building where the intent is to retain and incorporate the façade into the design of the new building.
PC Urban is currently waiting on a response from the City of Vancouver with respect to the Letter of Enquiry for Rezoning Advice.
