With industrial vacancy in Greater Victoria at record lows, rising lease rates and continued low interest rates, many local businesses ad investors are looking to purchase their own office and warehouse space, but the opportunities are rare. Langford was an obvious choice for PC Urban’s latest iteration of IntraUrban Business Park.

In October 2021, PC Urban acquired a 5.67 acre site in Victoria’s highest growth municipality at 830 McCallum Road and the future City Gate Boulevard.

PC Urban is transforming a vacant lot into a three-building light industrial hub for local small and medium-sized businesses. The three buildings will provide space for businesses such as e-commerce, service commercial, high-performance fitness, marine service as well as for private investors in spaces ranging from 1,500 sf to 5,900 sf. With close proximity to many retail amenities, the Trans Canada Highway, and surrounding residential communities, this 160,00 sf development is perfectly located to support a variety of small to medium-sized business needs.

The site is currently under construction with an estimated completion date of Q1 2024.
